The Delhi Metro which is used by the majority of Delhiites to commute has once again given the goosebumps to all those passengers who travel in the yellow line.
The incident took place on the yellow line which is considered as the busiest Delhi metro network which connects north Delhi to Gurgaon.
A metro, which was packed with passengers in yellow line which was heading towards to Kashmiri Gate to Chawri Bazar, runs with one gate open.
When asked the officials about the incident, said, “problem was only with one door and it was guarded by the DMRC staff”.
It was reported that the incident took place at around 10 pm on Monday.
A metro spokesman said in a statement, “The problem was only with one door. It was guarded by the DMRC staff.” The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) official also said that the train was taken to Vishwavidyalaya station to avoid any delay or bunching.
However, this is not the first incident which took place in the metro. A similar incident occurred on the same line in July 2014, when a train reportedly run with all its doors open between Ghitorni and Arjangarh station.
