Delhi Police Arrested Wanted Indian Mujahideen Terrorist

DCP of special cell confirmed the arrest of most wanted terrorist Ariz Khan on Wednesday, who was escaped since 2008 from the police after the serial blasts in Delhi.

DGP of a special cell, Pramod Singh Kushwaha added in a statement that there are more than 165 people killed in the various incidents done by Ariz Khan and he was hiding from the police since 2008.

Khan belongs to the Uttar Pradesh, Azamgarh. He is an expert in making and executing bombs and was involved in serial bomb blasts in Delhi.

The Khan location was traced at Batla House in Jamia Nagar by the special cell after the six days of serial blast in Delhi, where he escaped along with other four IM terrorists after which the police did the operation to arrest them, but during the encounter he escaped successfully from the Batla House on 19 September, 2008 while two other was successfully killed during the encounter.

Delhi Police announced Rs 5 lakh as a reward for the information leading to Khan’s arrest.
