Faridabad: 5 killed over parking rivalry

As per the recent reports, at least five persons were reportedly killed in Palwali village near Faridabad over rivalry related to Panchayat elections on Sunday evening.

It was reported that the incident took place around 9.40 pm on Sunday evening where three members of a family were shot dead at Palwali village in Faridabad.

Following the incident, Police has been deployed in the area for safety reasons.

The injured people were shifted to the local hospital in the area where one of them is reported serious.

The people who were allegedly killed in the incident were identified as Ishwar (45), Shri Chand (70), Rajender (40), Naveen (19), Devender (35).

ACP crime Rajesh Cheche said in a statement, “We are keeping a close watch on the situation”.

Hanif Qureshi, Commissioner of Police said that SIT was set up to probe the incident.

It was discovered that more than 30 people were reportedly detained in connection with the incident.

Although, an FIR has been registered in Kheripul police station against 25 accused and 19 persons following the incident.

However, Police officials have been deployed in the different areas in Haryana to nab the accused.
