Fire took place in Air India building in Mumbai

A fire broke out took place in Air India building at Nariman Point on Tuesday.

An official from Mumbai Fire Department told in a statement,”we received a call at around 6.41 am that a fire had broken out on the 22nd floor of the building”. Adding further to this he said, “Rescue work is in progress”.

Soon after the fire took place eight fire tankers were rushed to the spot.

An official said that, “The exact reason which led to the fire is still unclear”.

However, as per the sources no such casualties have been reported so far. The cause of this mishap is still unknown on the other hand; police are still investigating into the matter.
