Honeypreet in Delhi: Haryana Police raids Delhi house

The Haryana Police conducted a raid in Greater Kailash house to nab Honeypreet Insan and Aditya Insan on Tuesday.

Police officials said in a statement that the raid was conducted in nearby areas of National Capital Region (NCR).

On the other hand, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh who is currently serving his jail term moved to Punjab and Haryana High Court and allegedly challenged his rape conviction by the CBI court on Monday.

It was reported that one raid was conducted in Greater Kailash house in South Delhi.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court sentenced self-proclaimed Godman with 20 years of imprisonment and a fine of over Rs 30 lakh.

The raid was conducted after it was reported that the Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s adopted daughter Honeypreet moved to Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory transit bail.

Following this, Panchkula court issued arrest warrants against Aditya Insan, Honeypreet Insan, and Pawan Insan.

Officials said, all three were booked under the charges of inciting violence, sedition, and being involved in the conspiracy to help, Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh to escape after his conviction was pronounced by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on August 25 in connection with the two rape cases.
