A 30-year-old journalist Surender Singh Rana was allegedly shot dead by a group of four people in Gurugram following an argument on Friday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Surender Singh Rana, who was working as the Haryana state coordinator of a local news channel JK 24×7 News.
It was reported that a Santro car came in front of Surender’s Safari after which three men and a woman came out of the car and asked surrender to come out. One of the men shot six bullets into him and reportedly fled away.
Police said in a statement, the murder took place due to some monetary issue.
However, a case has been registered against the four assailants under the section of 302 and 34 IPC and Arms act.
