Kerala: Girl chops off swami’s private part in self-defence

In a courageous act, a 23-year-old stout-hearted girl in self-defence chops off so-called god man’s private part who was reportedly trying to rape her in Kerala’s Pettah area on Friday night.

The accused has been identified as Gangeshananda Teethapadam who was also known as Hari Swami, who resides in an ashram in Kollam district of Kerala.

The victim while giving the statement to the Police said that she was subjected to repeated rapes from last five years when she was a minor.

The girl when learned the intuition of the swami on Friday night, she took a knife and allegedly chops off god man’s private parts in an act of self-defence.

Police said in a statement, the man is known to her family as he used to conduct Pujas in the victim’s house

However, the case has been registered against the man under the section of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) Act.
