A woman in Meerut who works in a packaging department of a factory has surprisingly found almost Rs 100 crore in her Jan-Dhan account.
On December 18, the women went to her nearby ATM to draw cash from her account, but she was shocked to see the account balance as Rs 99,99,99,394.
After this incident, Sheetal Yadav, who maintains a Jan-Dhan account in SBI bank went to another ATM to recheck, but she found the same balance again.
Confused with the situation, Sheetal Yadav visited the bank for consequently for two days, but the bank staff didn’t heard her complaint and asked her to come another day, but the same instant happened again.
She then wrote a complaint to the PMO, which was sent by her husband Ziledar Singh, in which it was written that Sheetal Yadav, who works in a packaging department of a factory maintains a Jan-Dhan account in the Sharda road branch of the State Bank of India (SBI). On December 18, when she went to draw the money from the ATM of ICICI bank near her home, was shocked to see the amount in her account as Rs 99,99,99,394.
Ziledar Singh told the media, “We have posted a mail on December 26 to the PMO to help us in solving our problem from where about Rs 100 crore came into the account where the maximum limit of deposit is restricted to Rs 50,000 only”.
Sheetal Yadav works in a packaging department of a factory and her husband Ziledar Singh works in a transformer manufacturing company earn a minimal salary and finding a huge amount in their account balance is really shocking for them.
