Sushma Swaraj grants Pakistani girl medical visa for heart surgery

The External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has granted a medical visa to another Pakistani seven-year-old girl to undergo an open heart surgery in India.

On Wednesday, the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has granted a visa to a Pakistani girl for her heart surgery.

Victim’s mother who was facing trouble to acquire the medical visa for her daughter’s heart surgery moved to Twitter and urged External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj to help her. Where she tweeted, “Respected Sushma Swaraj mam my daughter need open heart surgery. I applied in August, still, the visa is in process. Please help us”.

While replying to her mother Sushma Swaraj said “Yes, we are allowing Visa for your 7 years old daughter’s open heart surgery in India. We also pray for her early recovery”.

It was observed that Sushma Swaraj becomes a popular figure on the social media for her active presence on the social networking.

Although, it is the first instance where India has granted Visa on medical terms.

Earlier this year in June, Sushma Swaraj granted a medical visa to a four-month-old baby for undergoing heart surgery at Jaypee Hospital in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Previously in July, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj granted the medical visa to a Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) resident Osama Ali, who wanted to come to Delhi after he was diagnosed with a tumour.
