Takam Pario to be  appointed as the  Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh after the sudden suspension of Pema Khandu.

Takam Pario will be the fourth chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. He is considered as the richest MLA of Arunachal Pradesh. During the 2014 state assembly elections, he declared assets worth Rs 187 crores.

This decision comes after the Peoples’ Party of Arunachal (PPA) temporarily suspended Chief Minister Pema Khandu along with Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein and five other party MLAs  on Thursday night with the immediate effect as they were involved in anti-party activities.
