An earthquake with 6.1 magnitude hits Afghanistan capital Kabul on Wednesday around 12:37 pm, tremors felt in Delhi-NCR region and Jammu & Kashmir.
As per the Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was in the Hindu Kush Mountains at a deep 180 km which is near the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border.
People from Delhi-NCR and Jammu & Kashmir also felt intensive tremors of the earthquake. However, metro services were not disturbed in Delhi-NCR due to tremors.
And there were no immediate reports related to the damage of lives & property yet.
