As winters are ringing bells try these exotic teas instead of normal milk made ‘chai’ as they are anti-inflammatory and natural health booster.

Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon tea is made from cinnamon bark. Cinnamon helps in regulating blood sugar level, reducing calories as being an antioxidant, lowers cholesterol and so on.  Anyone can prepare cinnamon tea easily, all you need is just to boil a 3-inch piece of cinnamon stick in 1 1/4 cups of water for 15 to 25 minutes, and then let it settle down for another 15 minutes. Or, mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder with hot water and stir.

There are different types of green teas easily available in the market like Normal Green tea, lemon green tea, lemon and honey green tea and mint green tea. Green tea is one of the healthiest beverages available on the earth. Jasmine Tea

If you are a flower lover, then Jasmine tea is definitely made for you due to its aromatic nature. It helps in rejuvenating your mind, prevents cancer and reduces obesity. One can make ashwagandha tea by boiling water and immersing ashwagandha root or powder. Allow the root to steep in the boiling water for approximately 15 minutes, remove the root from the liquid and strain to remove any remaining particles of plant.

 

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea is made from the leaves, buds and stems of the Camellia sinensis plant, it is slightly fermented and partially oxidized. It helps in reducing stress, calories, increases metal alertness, and prevents tooth decay and many more. You can make this tea by adding boiling water to a cup of oolong tea—either in teabag form or a level tablespoon of loose leaves. Steep for 2–3 minutes after this your oolong tea is ready to consume.
