Having fruit after your meal can cause bloating and GI distress as getting stuck in the stomach with other food which doesn’t reach the intestines and create a problem in the digestive system. Instead of reaching the intestine, they decompose in the stomach and causes gastric issues. The best time to have your fruits is morning. So start your day with fresh fruits.
Do whatever you want to do, but don’t lie down just after taking the meal as some digestive juices from your stomach flow back into the esophagus because of the gravitational force. So it’s a bad idea!!!
