The Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor lands him in a row of soup after posting an offensive video of a child on his social media platform twitter.
Afroz Malik, President of ‘Jai Ho Foundation’ has requested to register a complaint against the actor under the sections of sections of POCSO and IT Act for posting an offensive video on his twitter handle.
Afroz Malik, President of ‘Jai Ho Foundation’ said in a statement, “We would request you to immediately register a FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap”.
It was reported that the complaint was filed against the actor at the Cyber Police station of Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai.
While speaking to national daily Adil Khatri, lawyer said, “We have filed a complaint with Mumbai Police Commissioner, Mumbai Cyber Cell and Ministry of Woman and Child Development against actor Rishi Kapoor for posting the nude and pornographic image of a child on his Twitter account @chintskap”.
Adding further to this he said, “We don’t know who the child in the picture is, but it is offensive as the child is naked and a headphone has been stuck into his private parts”.
However, this is not the first time when the Bollywood actor land himself in trouble.
