Varun Dhawan: E-challan issued by Mumbai police for clicking selfie in mid-traffic

The Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has landed into the soup after taking a selfie with a fan in mid of traffic.

Following this, the Mumbai Police become a savage with its social media teaching and issued an e-challan against the actor.

It was learned that the Judwaa actor was caught taking a selfie with a fan in a running car, where the fan was sitting in an auto and the actor was inside a car.

Both, Varun and the fan came out of their window to take a selfie in mid of traffic.

It seems like, clicking a selfie with a fan didn’t go well with the Mumbai police.

With this, Mumbai police warned the actor by saying this kind of stunts look well on silver screen but are very dangerous on the streets of Mumbai.

The Mumbai Police moved to Twitter and posted, “@Varun_dvn These adventures surely work on D silver screen but certainly not on the roads of Mumbai! U have risked ur life, ur admirer’s & few others. V expect better from a responsible Mumbaikar & youth icon like U! An E-Challan is on d way 2 ur home. Next time, V will B harsher”.

The post has almost gained 1.4K retweets and 1.7K likes within a span of half an hour.

While Apologising on his act, the actor replied to Mumbai Police, “My apologies Our cars weren’t moving since we were at a traffic signal and I didn’t want to hurt the sentiment of a fan but next time I’ll keep safety in mind and won’t encourage this”.
