India reached the final of ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 after beating defending champion Australia by 36 runs in the second semi-final at County Ground in Derby on Thrusday.
India will play against host England in the final at Lord’s on Sunday.
Earlier, India won the toss which was delayed after rain. India skipper Mithali Raj opted to bat first in the 42-over rain hitted game. India’s Harmanpreet Kaur made it count in the big game, she scored 171 not out of just 115 balls with the help of 20 fours and 7 sixes.
