India crushed New Zealand by 186 runs and qualified for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2017 semi-final in Derby on Saturday.

Skipper Mithali Raj century and a quickfire Veda Krishnamurthy’s 70 off just 45 balls help team to post 265/7 before Rajeshwari Gayakwad picked up her first five-wicket in ODI, 5 for 15 to helped India bowl out New Zealand for just 79 runs.

Indian bowlers did not allow New Zealand batters to settle down in the do-or-die group game as they picked up wickets at regular intervals.

India captain Mithali Raj who scored her sixth one-day international hundred in her 184th match, awarded the Man of the Match.
