India will try to win the series decider

With the Proteas victory in the last game, the series is tied 1-1. The final ODI will take place at Capetown on February 24. The winner of the final T20I will hold the trophy.

South Africa managed to win the second T20I on February 21. They defeated team India in the last T20I held at Supersport Park in Centurion. SA managed to win the game the game by 6 wickets. Henrich Klassen performed beautifully with the bat to score 30-ball 69 runs. He also won Man of the Match award.

The captain himself, Jean-Paul Duminy scored an unbeaten 64 to help his side register their first victory over team India in the T20 series.

Yuzvendra Chahal was hit for seven sixes in the last match. He gave away 64 runs in his 4 overs to become India’s worst bowler in a particular T20 game.

Earlier, Mahendra Singh Dhoni hit 27-ball unbeaten 52 to bring the second T20I half-century of his 11 years long T20 career. Manish Pandey scored 79 not out to help India score 188 runs for the loss of four wickets in their 20 overs.

In this particular tour of South Africa, India lost the test series 3-0 but fought back to win the ODI series 5-1. India will also be looking to end the series on a high ahead of the Indian Premier League. It will be underway in the second week of April.

India has not lost a T20I series in the previous season and will continue to try to dominate the last T20I as well.
