India Win Third Test Match by 8 Wickets Against England

On Tuesday, India maintained legacy of winning as by victoriously winning 3rd test match in Mohali against England.

India beat England by eight wickets to take a 2-0 lead in the five-match series and there are two more to go. England was bowled out for 236 in their second innings and left India with the target of 103.

Parthiv Patel played very well in the series; he performed brilliantly by remained unbeaten with 67 runs in 53 balls including 11 fours and a six. He finished the match with a boundary in partnership with Virat Kohli.

Ravinder Jadeja won the title of “Man of the Match” for his all round performance throughout the match. All the players had performed with courage and enthusiasm.

Indian captain of test series, Virat Kohli said after victorious win, “We have just played very good cricket. We are getting more and more confident. We lost the toss, bowled them out for 236. It was amazing to see the lower order contribute”.

Next test match will be held at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Thursday, 8 December.
