Under-19 World Cup: India wins the world cup title; beat Australia by 8 wickets

India Won the under-19 world cup 2018 against Australia by 8 wickets in New Zealand on Saturday.

Manjot Kalra strong innings against Australia gave India a strong support and smashed Australia by 8 wickets.

Manjot made the fantastic century against Australia and made the highest score of 101 from India.

Australia decided to go for the batting first after they won the toss and gave the target of 216 to India.

Jonathan Merlo from Australia played well against India and scored 76 runs alone from his team.

Australia starts their inning with great enthusiasm, but after the certain overs, the team started losing the wickets in a short gap.

At 32 Australia was at 0 wickets but to reach the score at 59 Australia had loosed its 3 wickets.

However, Jonathan and Param Uppal played the strong partnership of 75 runs and bring up Australia again in the match.

Australia finally closed in 216 by the Indian bowlers.

Indian batsman successfully chased the target of 216 against the loss of 2 wickets only and made the wonderful winning mark against Australia in World Cup 2018 final.

This is the sixth time when India is appearing for the world cup final and winning the title for the fourth time.
