Go cashless with Snapdeal’s new service “wallet on delivery”

As government demolishes Rs. 500 and Rs.1000 currency notes on Tuesday, e-commerce companies decided to go cashless. This is firstly started by Snapdeal by launching a new payment service called “wallet on delivery”, by using Freecharge wallet which will allow people to make easy cashless payment.

Wallet on delivery is the first kind of service which will allow users to buy any kind of products by using their Free charge wallet money. In this users have to pay only when the good and services is delivered.

Not only this Snapdeal is also offering an instant discount of 10% on all Credit and Debit cards transactions on its Websites and mobile applications.  This offer is valid only on 10 November Midnight. There is no limit for minimum purchase to avail this offer and a customer can avail maximum discount of Rs. 500 in this offer . This offer is applicable on most of the products except, some of smart phones.

Soon after the announcement of Snapdeal’s new service, Paytm also said they are also working on this to stop cash on delivery service , they will launch service namely “Paytm on Delivery”.  Mobikwick is also launching Mobikwik on delivery for its users.

As to make payment hassle free, to avoid handling of cash as because of the current situation of demolisation of old of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 , currency notes people are facing problems. E-commerce companies have decided to stop cash on delivery services to overcome the confusions while things get back to the normal.
