Indian women are more addicted to their phones in comparison to men : Study

In the era of digital media, smart phone has its dominance across the globe in contrast to any other media. Now people can do anything with the help of their smart phones.

With the generation next, phones are also getting smart in their own way. In the contemporary world Smartphone has become a necessity for our day to day life.

According to a recent study, by the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA), in association with market research firm Kantar IMRB, on an average user spent three hours per day on their Smartphones.

In comparison to last year, there is an increase of 55 per cent have been observed in 2016. The study also revealed that Indian women are more addicted to their mobile phones than to men, watching YouTube and playing games.

Social media and messaging apps maintained their supremacy, as almost 50 per cent of people spent their time on mobile phones.

Report also added that there is a hike in usage of online shopping category of 15 per cent than the entertainment.
