Indian electronic payment and e-commerce company Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma recently became the target on Twitter after sharing a screenshot of his contribution of Rs 501 on the occasion of the Armed Forces Week to the Indian Armed forces.

It was reported that on the occasion of Armed Forces Week, Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma contributed Rs 501 to the Indian Armed forces.

Vijay Shekhar moved to the social media platform Twitter and posted, “Just sent Rs 501 to Armed Forces Flag Day Fund”.
But it seems like it has come as a ‘publicity stunt’ for the people on Twitter.

Following this, it was seen things doesn’t go well for the people and hence it as a marketing stunt for the very own venture Paytm after being an owner of a multi-billion dollar company.
Later, the defence minister thanked Paytm CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma for his contribution.
