Another Victim of Hate Crime in US

A Sikh man allegedly shot and wounded by a gunman in Kent, Washington US.

According to police and media reports, the gunman approached Sikh man in his driveway and told him to go back to your own country.

Foreign ministry sources have identified the victim as Deep Rai, who is a US national of Indian origin.

Mr. Rai had sustained bullet injury in his arm and has been released from the hospital. He has described the gunman as six foot white man, whose half face was covered with a mask.

Last month, Indian-origin engineer, Srinivas Kuchibhotla, was shot dead in Kansas bar. There also gunman yelled, “get out of my country”.

These rising numbers of hate crime incidents have raised several questions on the security of people in the US as from past month its third incident.

On Thursday, Indian origin store owner, named Harnish Patel was also shot dead outside his house.

However, police and FBI are treating this as a very serious incident and the probe is under process.
