On Tuesday, a charter plane carrying five people on board crashed into a shopping mall near Melbourne’s Essendon Airport due to engine failure.

Victoria police assistant commissioner Stephen Leane said “Five on the aircraft and looks like no-one has survived the crash.”

The Beechcraft King Air plane crashed just after taking- off from the small Essendon airport. It was going to King Island, a small island about 150 miles south of Melbourne.

When the plane crashed into the mall, luckily it was closed. A heavy loss to shopping mall and the adjacent building has been reported due to massive fireball as the plane exploded.
