Libyan Plane Hijacked and taken to Malta

Libyan Plane carrying 118 people, including seven crew members on board has landed in Malta after being hijacked.
State-owned airlines, Afriqiyah airways, Aircraft A320 was flying from Sabha in southwest Libya to Tripoli.
According to the reports, two hijackers had threatened to blow up the Airbus A320.Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat took the help of twitter to inform about the hijack and said:

“Informed of potential hijack situation of a #Libya internal flight diverted to #Malta. Security and emergency operations standing by -JM”
