Philippine police reportedly kill 32 people anti-drug operations near Manila, the northern province of the capital.
It was reported that around 109 criminals, including drug peddlers, were arrested until Tuesday afternoon.
Romeo Caramat, provincial police chief said in a statement, “We have conducted ‘one-time, big-time’ operations in the past, so far, the number of casualties and deaths, this is the highest”.
Police claim that they have seized more than 200 grams of methamphetamine, 786 grams of marijuana, grenades.
It was reported that since Duterte took office last year on 26 July, more than 3,000 “drug personalities” has been reportedly killed in the gun battles with the police.
