Delhi Development Authority is likely to launch its new housing scheme with 12,000 flats in February 2017.
Earlier it was expected to be launch in January 2017, but due to demonetisation, it got delayed.
In the latest housing scheme, DDA is offering over 12,000 flats, located in various regions of the city such as Jasola, Sarita Vihar Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur, Mukherjee Nagar and etc.
This time DDA has increased the registration fee for middle and high-income group (MIG and HIG) flats to Rs. 2 lakhs, whereas registration fee for low-income group (LIG) flats is Rs.1 lakh.
Applicants will able to register online & offline mode and will be given maximum seven choices of localities while registering.
DDA is also planning to resell 13,500 flats, which were surrendered by allottees in 2014 housing scheme.
DDA is providing a wide range of flats including 79 HIG, pricing between ₹41.62 lakhs and ₹1.4 crores , 398 MIG, price varying between ₹30.23 lakhs and ₹70.07 lakhs and LIG, pricing between ₹11.67 lakhs and ₹28.54 lakhs.
So, home buyers grab the opportunity to buy home at the affordable price in the capital city this time.
