On Sunday, residents of Galaxy North Avenue in Gaur City Noida Extension staged a protest against builder for not providing the basic amenities which were initially promised in their residential projects.
Over 200 residents including women, children’s, senior citizens were seen holding banners and shouting slogans against the builder.
The protest was undertaken under the aegis of Noida Extension Flat Owner’s Main Association (NEFOMA).
Residents were found complaining that the builder is neglecting their plight as even after paying the maintenance charges in advance, they are facing hurdles in their day to day life.
Residents said even after possession of flats, construction work is still going on in the couple of towers which is troubling them.
Other complaints that came up includes poor CSK management, no clubs, swimming pool, poor maintenance and so on.
Galaxy North Avenue in Greater Noida west was launched in 2010 and completed in 2016. At present, approximately 300 families have been shifted to the society.
The residents also claimed that they have tried several times to contact the builder but his officials claimed that he is out of the country.
