Demonetisation has raised a lot of criticism across the country. This bold step taken by central government has made unity amongst opposition leaders.
Opposition parties have now called for a Bharat Bandh- nationwide protest on Monday, November 28 against government’s decision. This decision of Bharat Bandh has been announced after five continuous days of disruption during winter session in the parliament.
On Wednesday, 200 opposition leaders from Congress, SP, BSP, AIADMK, DMK and TMC came together for joint protest outside the Parliament House and protested near Gandhi statue against the sudden decision taken by the government.
Opposition party leaders also protested at Jantar Mantar in Delhi against decision made by Modi government.
Opposition parties are continuously challenging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to speak over the issue of cash crunch in the parliamentary session and he should see the problems faced by common people.
However, we all know these problems will persist for a while and will take time to settle down the normalcy. But every change takes times; changes are for good and betterment of society, as this change in financial system is in response to curb black money and corruption.
By doing protests and strikes will create more troubles and unnecessary conflicts which will make the situation worse.
