Aircel-Maxis case: All accused including Maran and his brother discharged by special court

A special court on Thursday has discharged all accused in the Aircel-Maxis case, including the Former Union Minister Dayanaidhi Maran among others in the Aircel-Maxis case which was registered by the CBI.

Special Judge O P Saini had passed the order who is currently looking on 2G spectrum allocation scam cases.

In a statement, Special Judge O .P. Saini said, “I discharge all the accused in the two cases”.

However, the case was lodged by the CBI and has filed a charge sheet against the Ralph Marshall, M/s Sun Direct TV (P) Ltd, Maran brothers, Malaysia, M/s South Asia Entertainment Holdings Ltd, M/s Maxis Communications Berhad, M/s Astro All Asia Networks PLC, UK, T Ananda Krishnan.
