Earthquake hits Delhi NCR, epicenter located in Haryana

A medium intensity earthquake measuring 4.2 on Richter scale hits Delhi, NCR and other neighboring areas around 4.29 am on Thursday.

According to Indian Metrological department its epicenter was at Delhi, Haryana border. Tremors hardly lasted for a minute.

The earthquake struck at depth of 10 kilometers reported by US geological survey. However, there was no damage to infrastructure and loss of life as reported in the city.
