The 15-Year-Old Lalchungnunga Chhangte from Mizoram whose father is a daily wage labor made his entry to Germany’s Bundesliga Football League.
Chhangte belongs to the poor financial background but however, he didn’t leave his passion towards football and in result, he got selected to train at Germany’s prominent Bundesliga football league for a period of six years.
This fresh talent was scouted to train with the Bundesliga from one of Tata Trust’s football academies as part of a special MoU signed between the tata trust and the Mizoram government.
Chhangte is commonly known as Mizo Messi in his town. He came into limelight when Mizoram’s state team won the National championship in 2014.
Football has been one of the most favorite sports of the north-eastern states and undoubtedly Mizoram has given many great football players to India.
