According to the statement issued by White House on Tuesday, US President Donald Trump to host Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Washington later this year.
The US President Donald Trump called Prime Minister Narendra Modi to congratulate him on BJP victory in recent state polls.
This was the third time both the leaders spoke on the phone call after trump’s electoral triumph in November last year.
Trump also encouraged the Prime Minister’s economic reform Manifesto and emphasized his great respect for the people of India.
The US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi are expected to meet in the G-20 Summit, which is going to be held in Hamburg, Germany on July 7th and 8th this year.
Earlier on Monday, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer told media that Trump hailed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s polls sweep and German Chancellor Angela Merkel for winning the election in the Saarland state.
