Yogi Adityanath’s First Visit to Delhi after taking charge as UP CM

Newly elected Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Delhi to discuss allocation of cabinet portfolios with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah on Tuesday.

This would be the first visit of Yogi Adityanath after taking charge as Chief Minister. According to the sources Chief Minister Adityanath and Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya both want the home ministry and has come to Delhi to solve the tussle with top leaders.

The 44-year-old, firebrand Hindutva leader is also expected to meet President Pranab Mukherjee and Vice President Hamid Ansari and other BJP top leaders.

Yogi Adityanath who took oath on March 19 along with 47-member council of ministers including two deputy chief ministers, promised to work on the principle of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas and focus on clean government in Uttar Pradesh.
