India beat hosts West Indies by 93 runs in the third ODI match in the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua to take a 2-0 lead in the 5-match One Day International series.
In reply to India’s 251 for 4 on a slow track, the West Indies again not showing any fight as the hosts were bowled out for 158 in the 38.1 overs. India, off spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and left arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav bagged three wickets apiece and medium pacer Hardik Pandya used the short ball effectively, took two wickets.
Earlier, India overcame a bad start and managed to post 251 for four on a slowish surface, mainly due to the efforts of Dhoni (78 not out), Kedar Jadhav (40 not out) and Ajinkya Rahane (72). MS Dhoni was given the Man of the Match award.
The fourth ODI in 5-match series will also take place at the same ground here on 02 July 2017.
