Serena Williams wins Aus open women single Finals 2017

After an epic face off with her Sister Venus Williams, Serena Williams clinched the title of 23rd Australian open women single Finals 2017 by 6-4.

Serena and Venus Williams have clashed 27 times, including 14 times at Grand Slams. First William sisters met in a tour match in 1998 and Australian open women single Finals 2017 was their ninth face off at a grand slam.

Serena started off the the match by incredibly winning the first set by 6 points, whereas Venus scored 4 points.

The second set began with Venus foreboding start but it didn’t help her to win the set. In result Serena broke down her seventh game of second set and again won the set by 6-4, claimed the title of 23rd Grand Slam of Australian open women single Finals 2017.
