In a recent development, it was discovered that Up to 36.5 million Android devices have been infected by a malware is known as ‘Judy’ found in the 8.5 million to 36.5 million users Google play store device.
The checkpoint writes in a blog,”The malicious apps reached an astonishing spread between 4.5 million and 18.5 million downloads. Some of the apps we discovered resided on Google Play for several years, but all were recently updated”.
It was reported that the malware is created by the South Korean firm named Kiniwini. It is aimed to generate capital by auto-clicking on the ads through infected devices.
