Swedish prosecutors to drop rape investigation against WikiLeaks Founder

The Swedish prosecutors have given the relaxation to the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange after inkling to drop the rape investigation against him.

The prosecutors said in a statement, “Chief prosecutor Marianne Ny has today decided to discontinue the preliminary investigation regarding suspected rape concerning Julian Assange”.

It was reported that the WikiLeaks Founder, Julian Assange has been living in the Ecuadorean Embassy in London since 2012 after the allegations rape was filed against Assange.
